How we get paid
You don't pay us anything, and using us doesn't change your price. Here's how that works.

The insurance company pays us
When you enroll in a plan with Grove Benefit Advisors as your broker, the insurance company pays us a commission. It's usually a set amount each month for each person covered. That's how we're paid for checking your plan, helping you enroll, and helping you through the year if something comes up.
Your premium is the same either way
Plan prices in Colorado are filed with and approved by the Division of Insurance. A plan costs the same whether you enroll through us or on your own. Tax credits and Colorado Premium Assistance are only available through Connect for Health Colorado, and they're the same whether or not you use a broker. Using a broker never adds to your premium.
What that means for the advice you get
- Every plan sold through Connect for Health Colorado is on this site, from every insurance company, priced the same way.
- We show the cheapest plans first, and we tell you when an option you might not expect costs less.
- If the right answer is Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or CHP+ (Child Health Plan Plus), which pay us nothing, we'll tell you so.
Each insurance company sets its own commission, so amounts differ. Commissions don't change your premium, which plans this site shows, or the order they appear in. The site shows plans and prices for your answers, and you filter, sort and compare however you like. We don't recommend a plan until you ask us for help. If you'd like to know what we'd be paid on a plan you're considering, ask and we'll tell you.
